Not being able to reserve payments is a FEATURE and not a BUG. That inherintly breaks a currency that is fast and removed of human transaction approvals. My thesis is that refunds will need to operate at a business level at a higher level

The big risk to governments isn't a generic cryptocurrency token. The big risk is a platform used by a huge base of people PUSHING them to be used in the real world. This is the trigger to cause mass adoption. That is the real risk.

They look at full email bodies. For many years, they treated email older than 180 days as "Abandonded". They could collect and read these full emails (not just metadata) because they weren't private data but "abandoned

COMPETITION: A company should have some of each. Workers pick which they want. The problem is when open offices are crammed on workers. They should make half open offices, and half closed offices. Some places have rooms for 2 to 8 people

Right now, they don't generate revenue when the basket is only: USD + Yen + Euros. But it is designed so they can switch those out for Gov bonds, corporate bonds, real estate (REITs), etc.
