I've been asking myself the same thing recently, and recently ran across LeopardJS -- it's meant to bridge the gap between Scratch and JavaScript, and I think it does a really excellent job of it: https://leopardjs.com&

What about seeding the system and putting your own (bad) answers up there ahead of time?

JomaTech has done a colab or two with him, but I agree -- I feel like Joma could build his own dedicated character of that type.

Thank you! I had never heard of Zelda Classic before, but I'm also not much of a Windows gamer. Porting it to WASM indeed lets me play this when I wouldn't otherwise -- thank you! Awesome work!!

Agreed. This feels like the next big step in open source machine learning. I would love to be able to dedicate CPU / GPU towards chunking out open-source GPT-3 / DALL-E 2 clones so long as the trained weights are shared with the

What sort of metadata are you extracting with machine learning? Doing more than simple keyword indexing? I'll admit, I don't know very much about the particulars of building a large search engine. How large is the ML model that

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense! Is there any way that we can contribute? Like, if I watch a video with CC turned on, it feels like it would be easy for me to upload the CC file(s) to a central server, keyed with the ID of the video. Any

So I implemented this change and tested it out. Turns out, in my simple test suite, this actually changes the size of images. Not drastically. Often just a 5-10 kb difference (on a 500-600kb file), but that's still more than I expec

Or even based on a #define if one didn't want to check a bit flag every time you need to encode a full pixel. Would not be difficult to have two versions of the library -- one for RGB, and one for RGBA.

It's unclear to me how much the author of the article is accounting for inflation. The US inflation rate is higher than it's been in the last 10 years (maybe even longer). Yes, I agree that the power balance has changed... but in

Open-source still struggles with quality and consistency -- two things important in a medium where aesthetics are important. That said, access to low-cost, high-resolution 3D printers (specifically resin-based printers) has enabled an explo
