The situation in Austria is fundamentally different than in Hungary. In Hungary the government kept prices of energy and food down by law for quite some time when everywhere else prices where rising. What they see now is the catch-up effect

Seeding is anonymous by default afaik. However the integrated search is not,so your ISP could know what you are searching for. So you would need to get your magnetlinks over e.g. TOR an add them manually to stay anonymous.
