I wonder if these models would become inaccurate over time without the data inflow.

One anecdote from one website is not a data set that generalizes onto a population.

The population received a significant sum of money but I haven’t seen a data set or statistic indicating people buying discretionary goods rather than paying rent.

Is there a data source for this claim?

Thank you. In my experience, policing extends into a number of mundane areas of life, few of which are life threatening emergencies. People can get police called for vomiting in the road, illegally selling sandwiches, or having a radio on

It was the emergency line. However, to me it was an emergency as they had 2 baseball bats and were in a group that I deemed as threatening. I began filming them at which point they became more aggressive. This was to have evidence in case

Agreed, at one point there were teenagers playing baseball in a half full parking lot. I told them to stop and they told me to f off and call the cops if I felt like it. So I did call the cops, and sure enough the support person got on my

I agree but also wish that a similar sentiment was applied to modern investment strategies.

True, I imagine that would be quite frightening and have a lot of data to support a number of initiatives that the population would vehemently disagree with. Even in grade school, I remembered dreading when they would have us run a mile as

I agree. To me it seems as though a small handful of corporations owns a large percentage of multi-tenant housing and an increasing percentage of single tenant houses and is able to set prices algorithmically and that other landlords price

True, but I think the point was to be original and random and perhaps be popular as a result, rather than tailor everything for popularity.

I think the incremental ROI they would need to involve themselves in a new area would be pretty high. They aren’t going to dedicate a 9-10 digit sum to anything without expecting a much higher sum in return.

I’d be concerned about the ethics they apply to health products given the changes that have happened over the years with search, email, and android.

I wish there was a methodology whereby a person could remove their personal data from fb given that they were unaware of what they were consenting to and that it changed over time.

Pre-COVID this was my exact approach. I felt like there was a certain sense of randomness and adventure that was inspiring towards whatever I was working on.

Agreed, the numbers indicate a pretty significant exodus although it seems as though the supply has decreased and the pricing has increased on both rentals and homes for sale. Mathematically, the extent to which it happens and the duration

The one time I ran into a scenario like this it was an upper level executive looking to flex and show that they are the alpha. My manager and manager’s manager stayed after the meeting to tell him that my project met the specs perfectly.
