No thanks. Look across the Atlantic for what will eventually happen once you concentrate the power. I say the power should remain close to the people, decentralized and democratic, not centralised and concentrated.

I mean, these were new technologies at the time and should have been a service pack.. When XP came out I migrated to *nix and I’m forever happy I did.

The “domestic terrorist” groups immediately proclaim they did the act for propaganda purpose while an adversary like Russia prefer to do it quietly.

Windows started sucking with XP. I know I know, a lot of people think XP rocked, but it was really just 2000 with a fugly skin and more crap. Windows 2000 was peak desktop OS, and no one can convince me otherwise. Arch Linux + XFCE, a dista

I’ve used FreeBSD since I was 15 years old - Linux before that. My computer was never controlled by any corporation, until now.

Not everyone works in aerospace engineering, though. I would guess that >90% of all web crud can already be done better by an LLM managed by a decent developer, than purely by the developer himself.

It was bullshit then, it’s bullshit now. I pay ChatGPT 20 bucks a month, or whatever the subscription is. I get massive value out of this, Sam Altman is paying for my computing power. I’m paying a tenth(or less) of what the actual price is.

Regarding anxiety, Have you tried blending in CBD? Typically I smoke small joints with 90% CBD strains and the rest a high THC strain, only thing I can smoke.
