There was always Windows NT, which was the superior operating system up until the release of XP when it took a turn for the worse. A lot of people herald Windows XP as the best Windows, but I question if they ever used Windows 2000.

Yes, I agree with you on this part, but the Emirs are very different places. I lived for two years in Dubai, not really by choice, I was sent on a three month assignment by my company that just got extended. I came to appreciate the place.
