If this happens to you (or anyone else) again, I've found the go-to solution from my previous job as a repair technician. There are antivirus removal tools that basically do automatically what you did manually, purge the system of the

It was bad timing, since the console was released just months after the Snowden reveal, so customers were perhaps justifiably skittish about having an always connected camera in their house when all they wanted was a gaming console.

Do you know if Debian/Armbian is working on Espressobin? Last time I played with one, I couldn't get Armbian loading and went with Arch instead, following this tutorial: https://blog.tjll.net/building-my-perfect-ro

As a sysadmin, not a programmer, what I found helpful for learning Vim was not to try something new each day, but to find one or two commands that were valuable enough that I would at least open Vim somewhat regularly. The two that did it f

My friend often recounts the story of passing a McDonalds during delivery day, and spotting crates of meat being carried in with the label "GRADE D, STILL EDIBLE" written on them. I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't ac

The Wikipedia article for this, the Raising of Chicago, is one of the funniest articles on the site. I don't know exactly what makes it so funny other than how clear it is that the author had a really fun time writing about an event th
