When I saw this, I thought "wow, this is pretty much exactly the same stuff I include every time I start a new iOS project." I feel like it would make more sense as a project template though. It seems like if I use this to start a new proj

I love the spirit of vacation policies like this. Your results are far more important than how much time your butt's in a seat at the office. My only problem with it is that (at least in the US) you're not accruing vacation time. So when

As an app developer, I have to say I agree with Apple on this decision. The UDID is harmless to share, but in the days before TestFlight when I would send out Ad Hoc builds to test apps before publishing, many people would get nervous abou

I'm an iOS developer, and I think $5 is a bit steep to simply try it out. I'm going to build from source and then buy it if I like it, but you may want to consider making some sort of free version that people could use to evaluate it.

I made a very simple one, extracted from the Rackspace iPhone app: https://github.com/greenisus/cocoa-rss It may be rough around the edges though.

I've been working on mobile apps for Rackspace from San Francisco for a long time, and I have to disagree about the SF/SA cultural difference, at least in this context. While San Antonio is definitely vastly different from San Francisco, t

I wrote the Slicehost app. Would love to add graphs, but that data's not available yet in the API. As for the email link, that's because the app came out before the iPhone had a copy/paste feature. You don't need that anymore with copy/p

Yeah, there's certainly a lot of buzz around iPhone apps these days...probably more than is warranted in many cases. As for saving password, I think Mobile Safari doesn't add passwords to the keychain (I may be wrong). Also, I've noticed t

Disclaimer: I'm the developer of this app. It wasn't a marketing stunt. I made it because I wanted it, and Slicehost offered a nice API. It also gave me a great excuse to learn how to write iPhone apps :) The SliceManager is great as a mo
