I did some research on the topic and apparently audi was planning to jump on to the f1 game (based on redbulls plans). But sadly with recent VW related issues audis presence in f1 will not happen soon.

Nice! Love that entire protocol is S-expression based. Even js library just generates S-expressions.

Clojure core.typed is not there yet, but aims to support exactly same thing (like type racket).
127.
by Gonzih 11y ago
But what about then gradual typing in core.typed? Will it make core.typed more useful? Or is problem not just in gradual typing but more in type oriented system vs data oriented system?

by Gonzih 11y ago
Yeah, but it's more about macros semantics rathen than syntax in general sense.

by Gonzih 11y ago
In lisp there is almost no syntax. So nothing really to remember :)

You can just try to open some shell theme with those glyphs to test them. I can also provide you just some code file with them in if you want.

What is default programming language for this device? What language kids will be learning while tinkeing with this device?
137.
by Gonzih 11y ago
I'm sorry, but if go would be product of lisp minded people it would be simple language with ability to extend the language on the fly. Reality is in go there is no way to even introduce some nice contract on top of error return and if

You don't really understand that for some people it's not just matter of distraction but actually completely out of their comfort zone?

I'm wearing earplugs from time to time (when music distracts me from really compex task for example). But if you think about it - it is so ridiculous. Why do I need to wear industrail grade ear protection in the office environment only

There is another problem here. Most executives are extroverts, so for them being in the environment like that feels right and good. Does not really help with understanding in my experience.

Well that what you get when you invent your own license. People are afraid of re-licensing. Which is fair in my opinion.
