Most of the argument should be native apps versus browser based apps and history really has answered this for us even though we are talking about a different client in the form of a smartphone.

I didn't mean thievery in the classic sense. Only in the sense that he/AAPL didn't come up with the innovation of the GUI as the parent was suggesting.

People, please read this parent again. Why are we all comparing PHP to ruby/rails? If you want to be fair use Zend or any other framework to get apples to apples.
