Here's one guess, off the top of my head: what actions have you taken to reduce the likelihood that police in your community will kill a black person unnecessarily? Cause as much as I care about that issue, I never reached out to leade

MLK named "the white moderate, who is more devoted to 'order' than to justice" as "the great stumbling block in [the] stride toward justice." I'm not expanding a thing.

Yes, antiracism must be measured by its effects. Google's campaign had antiracist intentions, and racist effects. That doesn't mean we should all give up on effective antiracism, though. This tactic/campaign/etc. was n

Broadly, the New York default is a departure from the historical norm, and the debtor/creditor "exception" is a return to it. The historical view is that the error is the payor's; they're the ones that should bear t

This is partly why I really like my Zilent switches. The tactile bump is at the top of the keypress, so you can let up as soon as you're through it. Cherry tactile switches require pre-travel.

Righty tighty, lefty loosey, right? But I don't think there is a convention when it comes to twist ties, because a twist tie isn't something that gets tighter or looser. It's more closely related to spinning. I'd bet l

No need to make accusations. It's just that the problem the article describes is with UHS, not with taking police out of the response to mental health issues and homelessness.
