It provides an export as a text file on the 'One Tab' page in the right hand corner. I wrote a small Python script to parse this text file and upload all my tabs to Pinboard.

Just as another opinion, I love the design of the site. I saw 24ways a couple of years ago, was truly amazed at the "different" design. I still think the same design is truly unique and captivating.

At least in Java and other languages, when casting as int truncates, and doesn't round the number, so: ((int) (0.9999999)) == 0 But then there's Math.floor and Math.ceil for what you're describing which can be used as well.
