I think that there's just isn't any commercial incentive, as we have a ton of legacy C code and the CPU will have to run anyway in the "legacy" mode to run your OS, be it Linux, Windows or MacOS.

Look for processes running on your machine. If you don't see any suspicious process except the game itself (and the game's process or or processes are running only while you're playing) then only the game itself could be logg

I think it's a two steps process: you first realize that there's an issue with the algorithm. Then, since it doesn't make sense to give a fine to an algorithm, you held the creators and/or users responsible (depending on

He is using YouTube to promote what he does, but AFAIK not in the form of YouTube ads, instead he publishes content about what he does in the form of videos on his channel.

Louis Rossman has been saying that he gets much more money if you purchase something from his store rather than from ads, and that for this reason he doesn't care if viewers use an adblocker or not. This is just a single data point tho

This is yet another instance where more transparency on the NIST/NSA side would have been beneficial in the long run. If they said from the start, "here are the seeds, we generated them by computing SHA1(insert_solinas_string_here

I would add that this is the use case of a server running some services. But during development you may want to restart and/or rebuild a container multiple times, maybe this is still better done with docker-compose.
