Wall of text, sorry. . As a whole, the USA is awash in cash. If millions and millions of people lose their homes, it will be a boondoggle for large REITS (Real Estate Investment Trusts) and other companies investing in real estate. In 2008,

I have reviewed and read on this topic for a long time. It is extremely unrealistic to operate your own self-hosted emails. There are all kinds of problems with this direction. One is that it is very difficult to even find an app to do this

Everyone is noting that fire is good for California forests. Which is correct. Some trees actually depend on it, and seeds in the ground will wait for a fire before sprouting - I don't know, a temperature change makes it happen, not su

They made no money on it? Then raise the price to $105 or $129 or whatever is needed to make it profitable. But what I want to know is: what kind of bleeding idiot is going to spend $72 or $105, or $129 on f-cking dinner? Like lottery peopl

From my understanding, the only real way to create a password is to make it really, really long. Like, "Sometimes 10 people will get together on Friday night. Wow!" Or whatever you want. Makes it easy to remember. Personally I ju

I agree with randomhodler84. Get rid of your phone. However, there might be singular reasons to have one. For example, Stripe will only allow you to be a client if you have a mobile phone, and I have run into this with other companies as
