I listen to some House music and electronica stuff most of the time. Other times some good rap or classical stuff can get my thought juices flowing. I find that listening to music that is too loud distracts me.

Organize your notes by page page number and paragraph - then you can label revisions on a separate page pointing to the revised page. Using sections/chapters helps with this as well.

I don't think that race is the problem here. I distinctly remember a news reporter twisting someone's words to make silicon valley look racist before. It seemed quite silly then as it does now. This entire post is also riddled with....error

I think that it is extremely unfair to block all ads as they are a lifeline for many people. I do however, try to avoid sites that have annoying ads as I expect that my loss in traffic will make a difference, no matter how small it may be.
