Well, perhaps what happened was they tripwired which is realistic in a blackbox test. If you'd whitelist an IP range from a pentester, you are on greybox testing area already. There's another reason to not allow to/from such

Security through obscurity isn't security. It could be a method to reduce noise, but by doing so, you also have less eyes to watch over. If you'd pay for a blackbox pentest, and the pentester doesn't find your OpenSSH server

Latest release: May 19, 2015 Abandoned, but forkable (since FOSS), and a decent idea. Probably nowadays this gets done in Node, parsing the package search websites. Preferably, this would be done via an API though.

FWIW, this was precisely my point (I didn't mention it well). I'm totally cool with a car not having live data (such as traffic jams) when the device is offline, but the navigation ought to function without networking. Heck, it co

I find it ridiculous navigation would require always-on internet connectivity. Seems a regression from the offline TomTom devices from the past.

Well, the nuclear deterrence was how effective in RU vs UA and US/IL vs IR?

Yes, indeed. Although on paper UK also joins this venture, they depend on USA for their nuclear arsenal (subs). On the long-term, EU might need more nuclear weapons for adequate deterrence, and also FR might not be so stable given alt-right

I mean, everyone relies on everyone in a world economy, you need to come up with examples. You mean nuclear deterrence? The French are going to share their nuclear deterrence with the rest of the EU.

Cygwin is way older than CoLinux. CoLinux is from 2004. Cygwin was first released in 1995. The problem with Cygwin as I remember it was DLL hell. You'd have applications (such as a OpenSSH port for Windows) which would include their ow
