I was mainly looking for draft legislation, and any group supporting it. So you're on track on both counts.

I did find that earlier. What I'm looking for though are specific draft laws/bill/acts. I can't find any.

I started here: http://www.pp-international.net/ but could only find legislation they are against, not any they are supporting. Stopping bad legislation is going to be a game of wack-a-mole until better laws are adopted. Is there any new

I think the problem is that any film made before those that the viewer was first introduced to the film format with (or is used to watching) is going to seem old and be judged as less appealing. This mostly unconscious judgement made in a a

Is it bad press? Or free advertising for their new features for promoting accounts? I don't think there was any downside to making the TOS changes the way they did.

The problem is that whereas previously people would just stick with the 2.0 of Microsoft's previous generation; they are now switching to a competitors 1.0 that was better thought out than Microsoft's offering.

Usenet is not dead because it had threaded discussion (Edit: not that you were saying that); it's dead because people find it easier to find discussions on website forums than install and set up a newsreader to access Usenet. Edit: I use a

Once you have an Apple TV you're locked into the Apple ecosystem for as long as you have it. You'll buy lots of tablets and phones during that time that act as interfaces to it. Also: http://i-want-a-pony.com/ Edit: Apple are probably the

I'm not sure that the App Store is still revenue neutral, the source you cited was over a year old so things may have changed. I agree on your point about billing having to be simple for the customer. I wonder about the reverse. If Apple we
