I feel exactly the same. You need to change the pricing model. It's not just the negative association with hot lines, it's also the pressure to finish the conversation in the shortest amount of time to avoid paying a fortune.

I get what you're saying, but surely keeping the money for himself or invest them in luxury real estate wouldn't have done any better.

Well, it's a good thing that we're whipping them out by destroying their natural habitat. We don't need any competition. We need that sweet palm oil so we can burn it as biodiesel and destroy the whole planet.

This makes no sense. Eating meat is just as expensive as energy consumption. Food can be just as delicious with 20% meat instead of 80% meat. Why would you insist on eating as much as possible?

That's the best way to do it. Going vegan it's not easy for everyone and possibly not healthy. But eating less meat it's a no-brainer.

I don't know where you live, but in certain locations in Europe (villages, small cities) you can get decent internet. Unlimited 4G/5G is also gonna happen in a few years.

I'm not saying that they shouldn't ask for you phone number in certain scenarios, but this is not one of those scenarios.

I guess he's talking about the initial investment. Not sure how this compares to solar. I know that solar would be much better, but in some places it's not an option.

It doesn't help you because the money don't go directly to you. They go to companies own by other rich people, companies that have contracts with the government. So you keep taxing the rich and they keep getting their money back.

What do you mean by "the lowest"? Percentage wise? Because I'm sure they pay millions or even billions in some cases. I agree that the rich might not pay the same percentage that you pay, but that's not even the real pro

I would be interested to learn more about this, though I suspect that this approach is actually harder. From my experience companies will not even bother to try your product unless you're already selling to consumers or other companies

The worst part about this concept is that home owners that don't own the land will try to sell you the house like they own the land. This is why I never look at these properties. They should be cheaper, but they are not.

"Yes, that is right. The LAND doesn't come with the HOUSE." This is absolutely not true. Just because most of the house owners pay rent to the land owner, doesn't mean that you can't buy houses with land or just the

I don't get why this guy gets downvoted. He's right. Who in the right mind would take advice from a solo-founder? That's like taking marriage advice from a monk. Of course you can do it yourself and it could work, but that&#x
