You can hardly be surprised when OVH or Hetzner go down, just consider the price. Putting every server in one location is just stupid... as always the best way to fight downtimes is to spread servers across multiple providers & DC'

To be expected really when the IRS seems to think that, even if you live outside the US for a full tax-year, you are taxable as a US citizen just because you hold a passport/green card. It was a long time dream/plan of mine to try

I find it so depressing that traditional taxi company's wish to stifle inovation (which, as far as I can tell, is much loved), simply because they have failed to innovate themselves. IMO this is similar to the music industry and hollywood,

No http protocol as in it'll just be socket based. The Lua servers didn't crash; requests via browser worked fine during/after the benchmark. I'm not sure why ab kept hanging.

Sounds quite likely the same thing is happening to Lua. The tests were made on a Micro VPS from Afterburst.com (which I own), on an empty/not-yet-deployed node.
