I'm still using a A3 2016 with android 8 (4.7" amoled, good battery, audio jack and wow, a type-C USB connector), I would smply like the same one with a refreshed CPU/RAM/eMMC.

A mixed set of PMR drives ready for 24/24 usage. And f*cking reliable, frequent backups. Customers here often mistake redondancy for backups. Had to save a 8 years-work worth excel file on a failed Kingston USB key today.

Good question. Was it ever tested so far ? I believe not. My guess is that it is near as efficient as a cold shower. So you can go for Wim Hof method. It costs almost nothing comparatively. As far as I am concerned, being hit with mild anxi
