Absolutely not. I don't really like any religions, but cult is still a special distinction.

Interesting how the donation numbers stack up across the different platforms with Windows a bit under average, Mac a bit over and Linux over 50% above average.

Most of the people I know that still regularly download music are huge audiophiles and buy a lot of physical music, attend concerts, and purchase other music merchandise. And that still leaves two other arguments. Personally, I downloaded a

And if you download something that you: are incapable of attaining due to geographical or other limiting factors, will buy after reviewing, or have 0 chance of buying or viewing/listening otherwise... where is the loss of profits?

Goodwill was the first thing I thought of when I saw the headline. They have _horrendous_ prices on TVs. Before my current flatscreen, I picked up 2 decently sized CRTs over the past 2 years for free. GW charges $50+; I don't see why anyone

It's funny you should ask that because it touches on an analogy posed by Jeff Atwood just the other day. And a lot of people rebelled against it. Do I call the plumber when I have a serious leak? Yes. But I don't call one when I the toilet

I actually work as a programmer for home automation gear. You'd be surprised the extent to which (non-geeky) people want to control their homes. You'd also be surprised at the crazy number of automation startups. This one looks pretty inter
