Assuming 2016 is when they started working on this, that is the correct date. It should convey the first date of publication and not be some listing of what years it is copyrighted.

Based on the article, they're suing over @realDonaldTrump and not @POTUS. I think that may be a key distinction in the case--one that favors the defendant and not the plantiffs--as that could be considered his personal account.
