Knowing what I know about the artist in this video this was probably more about the novelty of the technology and the creative freedom it offers rather than it is budget.

There's a Corridor Digital video being shared that explains it perfectly. With very little math. https://youtube.com/watch?v=cetf0qTZ04Y

ASAP Rocky has a fervent fanbase who's been anticipating this album. So I'm assuming that whatever record label he's signed to gave him the budget. And when I think back to another iconic hip hop (iconic that genre) video wh

When word came out that Tim Cook was shifting Apple to a service first business people lost their mind. I think the future (whether we like it or not) is a single general computing device (thin client, true laptop replacement) that can fit

Meh. I’ve never used my x20 Max account in OpenCode because the Oauth solution was clearly “hacky”. But to me the appeal of OpenCode is that I can mix and match APIs and local models. I have DeepSeek R1 doing research while KLM is planning

This is like asking why you can use ChatGPT in the Claude desktop app. “They are both Electron apps. What’s the problem?”

I’d say the vast majority of people on OpenCode aren’t using CC in combination with Codex. It’s CC with Qwen and KLM and other OSS and/or local models.

Your response reads like status quo par for the course. The same thinking that fueled the "Just Say No" and "this is your brain on drug's" campaigns in the 80s/90s. Because we all know that cutting off access

If you enjoy working out of the terminal and CLI/TUI's then it's not even close. Gemini, Codex, CoPilot, and every other CLI I can think of are awful. Stumbling, bumbling and you'd be lucky to keep your file tree in tac

I’ll fill in the part between OPs story and “then they all clapped” that he left out. He’s likely talking about “Save As”ing or scraping the DOM for rendered HTML/CSS and feeding that to an LLM to convert to actual in app wired up comp

Agencies regularly charge $50k+ (on the low end) for what amounts to hours and hours of customizing a Shopify template. I was pulled into a $150k rebrand and Webflow project where the latter accounted for 40% of the budget. It was a splash

What are you doing with GPT Pro? I've compared it directly with Claude Max x20 and Google's premium offer. I just don't see myself ever leaving Claude Code as my daily driver. Codex is slow and opaque, albeit accurate. An

Every plan Opus creates in Planning mode gets run through ChatGPT 5.2. It catches at least 3 or 4 serious issues that Claude didn’t think of. It typically takes 2 or 3 back and fourths for Claude to ultimately get it right. I’m in Claude

It’s getting better on Claude specifically now that training cutoffs are starting to move beyond the end of 2023. OpenAI models are a little less likely to trip up as long as you keep reminding it that it needs to account for v0.23+

Claude uses Haiku to summarize and name all chats. Regardless of what model the user is using. If people don’t think that Anthropic is doing a lot more behind the scenes they are borderline delusional.

Every time I type in cap case or use a 4 letter word with Claude I’ll get hit with the 1 questions survey. More times than not the answer is 1 (bad, IIRC). Then it’s 2 for fine. I can only ever remember hitting 3 once.
