I have often thought of that - and considered writing a time travel story that included an ancient ending up in a modern grocery store or some such place and be paralyzed while meticulously reading each label (out loud). One of these days..

TL;DR Uses a browser plugin and browser is refreshed every time a source code file is saved - no server restart, build or even browser refresh required. Less clicks = better.
