Great overview. I do wonder if FPGAs will make a run against modern server/GPU cluster setups for AI/ML.

Virus is weak and has super low mortality rate (esp. if you take care of yourself and are not old or fat). Vaccine is new and w/o years of data behind it. I pick no vaccine.

Porn, social media, online dating, toxic streamers, children having untethered access to perverse information ... yes, prohibition isn't the answer, we need more of these amazing things - that'll certainly lead to better outcomes

I agree that things will be more localized depending on the company. But good recruiters should know what schools are good, but they should also be able to assess a resume that doesn't have an elite school attached to it. Obviously thi

That's not true. I worked for a big tech company with a large European presence and they 100% heavily factored in the prestige of what university you went into for hiring. Also, they do this with career fairs/college hiring - they

Getting some 4 year degree does not equate to 'highly educated'. College is an extension of high school for most americans, who didn't learn much there either.

How would you feel if this was not a cushy white collar tech job but a blue collar job involving physical labor? Say people are slacking, not working hard, generally being lazy, while a small group does the majority of the work? Would it be
