Click-bait title again. “You can lose some of your file changes in case of hard-reboot” is more correct. It was a given truth for me all the time and I can tolerate some data losses if power was accidentally turned off for my desktop, or if

The first line is correct. The second has no value because you are either using techniques that are not vulnerable by XSS or not. “same-site” cookie is one of them.

But you wrote “same-site” :) It will protect against XSS.

If the foundation, base of the project is quickly created just for MVP - it should be rewritten. If just some of the small parts were created without care - then throwing them away is not a problem.

We were talking about another topic. “Temporary dirty MVPs” are only acceptable if their code will be completely thrown away. Otherwise, “there is nothing more permanent than temporary patches” (c) forgot who.

And you are working alone and on the new codebases only and your code is perfect from the beginning and you are not discovering better ways with time. I got it ;)

In my experience traveling was the best cure for the mind in my life. I totally disagree with the author. The only downside of traveling is money expense.

Async Rust. It separates Rust ecosystem. Can’t be replaced because your code is either async from the beginning, or not. You are using either async libs, or some outdated libs because all modern versions have to support async Rust.

I understand why pigs are “impure” (parasites in the meat), but why dogs?

Thanks, I’m doing this, of course, but this method doesn't discover new music - it's just a way to find something similar, and mostly it's not “fresh” (by release date).

“discover weekly” will consist of rap by 90%, even if I never “liked” any rap song. “If the majority of people love it, you should too - swallow”.

Really? How do you see it? For example, I need some stream of new jazz/electro-swing music - what should I do? Just entering it into the search engine and manually checking every given result (which will not be songs, but some articles

It's not so easy to find them - they all are invisible in the huge crowd of hip-hop records.

What new music? Everything is hip-hop, rap, or r&b nowadays. I just can't turn on the “new songs” radio station in Apple Music because 90% will be hip-hop & rap. I imagine how modern music producers are fed up by an endless str

You want to ignore the difference between DDR4 and DDR5, but the market doesn't ignore it and DDR5 is more expensive (I'm talking about non-Apple memory sticks). Also, you want to ignore 400 Gb/s provided by Apple's 64Gb

Your laptop has DDR4 memory. I’ve checked prices for DDR5 memory 64Gb - around ~€500. So the difference with Apple is not so dramatic.

1) There are 64Gb M1 MacBooks. 2) If you need 64Gb just sometimes, swapping on M1 MBP is insanely fast.
