That broad generalization doesn't fly with my observations. There are plenty of wealthy (or at least high income) millenials and plenty of poorer baby boomers.

I can't imagine anyone who has gone through school and thought that grades were somehow an "absolute" measure of quality. It's quite clear that grades are relative to both the standard of your fellow students and the cur

Let's hope it's a lot harder than you think to reach step three. If we ever reach a point where a lone actor can destroy humanity, we're pretty well screwed. You would have to ensure that 100% of the people with that ability

It will affect federal decisions in all jurisdictions unless there is a contrary/conflicting opinion from another appellate court. In that case, it would still be relevant but not controlling.

You are pretty much describing the liberal guilt trip that is keeping him from occasionally taking his kids to McDonalds. It's pretty clear it's not the healthiest thing you can eat. It's also probably true that you should te

I feel like you are implying that "unchanged for many decades" is a downside. When you are talking about a drive train, it's a positive. They know what works, how to build it, and everyone knows how to fix it. Now if you want

I could be completely wrong about the scope of this project, but that sounds more like something a Stanford computer science intern could bang out pretty quickly as a school project and less like an idea for a separate company.

A factor in any antitrust analysis is barriers to entry for new competition. In this case, those barriers are extremely low. How much effort does it take to whip up a dating site/app? Not very much. So even if IAC were to own nearly al
