It's not just data security tools - let your company get involved in litigation and now all your personal stuff is exposed to discovery too. Just dumb to mix personal and work - computers are no longer exotic.

Good luck when your laptop gets scooped up in discovery/litigation. After having been through lawsuits at work there is ZERO chance of me ever putting anything personal on work equipment.

All he had to do was redact things like his home address, phone number and social security number. Doing so wouldn't have affected any of the other content and also wouldn't have run afoul of Twitters policies. Talk about grandst

It had his home address, phone numbers and social security numbers. A reasonable person would just redact those before publishing and then it wouldn't have been an issue.
