Yes. I didn't want to just dismiss these guys, it looks like they are new, going through some growing pains, and trying something interesting. However, the mix of Y Combinator hacker talk with bright flashy graphics is just disconcerting.

This sounds a lot like a business method patent, which is generally considered a very bad idea. A startup that faces no competition for 14 years isn't going to be a worthwhile one anyway.
