I’ve been much happier using KaTeX over MathJax. Indeed KaTeX can actually be rendered server-side. This prevents an ugly flash of unstyled content on math-heavy pages.

Kind of reminds me of http://utf8everywhere.org/ , but in that case it'd be sqlite-everywhere. Which is a pretty good point. A large number of Apple-made iOS apps went this route, and they seem to be doing ok!

What's the problem of linking against SQLite? In my book it's much better because: - SQLite is coded in C, so performance and weight are going to be equal or better than any other reimplementation. - Having one code base means no

I think democracy isn’t so great, at least not under its current form. Voters judge candidates’ charisma a lot more than their ideas. And many people simply don’t care so much and will vote for stupid reasons, yet have the same impact that

An implementation of the “core” math function of the C standard library, colloquially known as libm. Think implementing cos(x) using only pure C (so essentially addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of floats).
