They're exerting the same influence that Google did over their Android partners. They created a faux-open market with arbitrary rules that ensure their products always win. Google lost their case because of this and Apple should too.

If you grind oily dark roasts, the oils stick around in your grinder and go rancid. That's what you're probably smelling. You just need to clean your grinder some what regularly. This isn't a problem for medium-lighter roasts

You're conflating React the library with create-react-app which is a collection of pre-configured tooling for making SPAs. React on it's own is very much just a library with a couple functions.
