The issue with SD cards is not performance, it is longevity. I threw away more SD cards than I care to admit. :-/

I think you have it backwards. Google is very much on the same side as RIAA in this case. Youtube-dl is simply too convenient for avoiding the ads.

Sometimes developers simply want to learn more about how the users use their creation. It might look like a waste of time to you, but it only is if you don't cooperate. Obviously there is something unexpected about using both A and B,

I think he was asking the other way around. Unless you are getting a sales commission, of course - then it does make sense to go with Oracle because of the cost. :)

Not really. As they explain, they took great care to make sure that the output (and thus saved data) is in line with W3C mission. Maybe migration might be needed in the future, but I see no reason why it would be any more expensive than mig

Fwiw, it works perfectly for me, no issues whatsoever. Which is rare. Ff on Android too, but 68.8 (I dare not upgrade, lest I lose uMatrix).

There is just one tiny little thing missing - the license is not generic. I believe a big driver for success of FOSS licenses is that you don't need a lawyer to use them (either as a user or as developer). We are seeing quite a few bus

Blocks the rest of the nonsense? :) I see it as a very configurable privacy tool for powerusers. It also clearly shows the parts of the page and where they were (not) loaded from. Incredible tool, sad to see it go.

Could you elaborate on WireGuard part? Do you mean that users must first VPN, and only then can SSH, or something else?

Does that matter? The code performs its duty and has for 25 years. If there are bugs in it they clearly haven't been important enough to be fixed. Technical debt? Maybe, but if noone is collecting the fees, who cares? If the situation

To fix the fire this is probably the best solution because the risk of unintended side effects is very low. I would just hope it is then followed by a proper fix.

IIUC unix timestamp simply counts seconds (well defined interval of time) from epoch onwards. It is then up to different calendars to interpret this number as a given day / hour /... This is the beauty of it - it is always an acc
