   I was hoping for a more numeric analysis of purchases and upgrades for IT/SysOps. The article is talking mostly about vague non/difficult to validate benefits that may or may not exist numerically. Sure, "Pride", "Momentum", "Inspiration"

    They should offer a "listen in on a conference" mode. I don't have many questions to ask, but it would be nice to be in like a Q-A type of situation with this.
