I used monofur[0] for the longest time, which is squarely in the category of quirky fonts, though definitely more regular than comic sans. It has basically no confusible characters in it at all which is a nice property. [0] https:/&#x

Honestly, just "programming" yourself to at least initially say no to any question with a high degree of time pressure will save you from by far most scams.

I've always compared it to a sports car without a steering wheel. Yes it'll go fast, but you kinda have to wait for it to accidentally point in the right direction and then floor it. Meanwhile everyone on the outside is going &quo

Similarly: make sure either your coat or your gloves keep the wind from blowing up your sleeves. Coats without cuffs are awful unless worn with gloves that fit over the coat sleeves.

Slightly tangential, but "kmph" is a very confusing way to refer to thousands-of-miles-per-hour. I had to re-read that half a dozen times to figure out it wasn't going 7 KiloMetres Per Hour.

The pythonic way of doing partial function application is using functools.partial which has a couple of benefits when introspection happens. That said I personally find lambda much more readable than functools.partial.
