The president has authority to run these programs, every president has. DOGE is advising the president and the president is choosing what to do. There are a lot of people on this site claiming this is not legal for some reason but not reall

I assure you we absolutely did vote for this and it’s very fun to be winning so much. It’s awesome to see corruption being rooted out and to be learning how much tax payer money has been wasted.

How exactly is it not constitutional? All of this seems like well established precedent. He's advising the president and the president is taking actions. Isn't that well established precedent that's been going on for a long t

You are correct and I was wrong about the founding fathers. I have updated my comment to say "some of America's greatest leaders". Which is correct.

Lots of data to show these gangs are not composed of Swedes. We are past the point of pretending the problem wasn’t caused by immigration.

I have several songs that I actually like which are AI songs.. maybe they just need to label them explicitly as AI? Or maybe they need a way to filter it out. There are some honestly funny and interesting AI generated songs out there.

This is exactly the same thought I had. With so much talk about regulation and talk of complete control of the technology by govt, it would be very foolish for them not to be spending a lot of time and money trying to influence policy on it

Trump said yesterday in his speech that they want a model where the US owns 50% of Tik Tok and has some oversight. This is pretty much the exact same setup that US companies get in China. This seems like a pretty decent compromise actually.
