Damn, you're right... therefore I have no idea how a simple float quantization algorithm I did could even work.

IEEE 754 floats don't have different endianess. And as the other comment says, swapping endianess is fast (if ever needed, since most platforms are little endian or hybrid).

Don't all MIT licensed projects have this possibility de facto? I mean, I can take any other MIT licensed software, add some bits of mine GPL licensed, and release the whole thing as just GPL.

Can't we just use the MIT part? What's the point of having two FOSS licenses, one being non-viral?

I just watched the video linked above. I'd love to see their response to this, as well as looking at a comparison between hash tables with SipHash vs. hash tables with a faster hash and better collision handling scheme, both being atta

I still think is faster to send the same message to all than using JSON.parse on each (not to mention much more compatible). Since each worker is going to make a copy anyway (with JSON.parse or by receiving a message), why does it matter? A

Why would anybody ever want to JSON.parse typed arrays from web workers when the parsed data (or unparsed strings) can be passed around directly? Strings are immutable and are not copied when you pass them around. I don't see your poin
