I believe even in US not many ppl have access to 100k in debt (and usually that debt would be tied to you not the company) But even besides, there’s plenty of third world-ish countries with lots of talent and no easy money.

I believe it’s the opposite? In a large org, you can have a dedicate team managing your servers. When you’re a one man business, you want to abstract as much as possible to focus on value proposition.

Since you mentioned Zcash and Namecoin, do you have an opinion on ENS, Aztec Protocol, and zkSync? They are trying to solve the similar problems that projects you mentioned do, and somewhat fall into Web3 umbrella.

I think the idea is more about "avoid bundled changes that are harder to debug and roll back". A change doesn't have to be a new feature, might be a bug or typo fix.

Ideally, you don't start building any software until you have a validation. "Soft" validation would mean having people that want to try it, "hard" validation would be preorders. A middle ground might be what Buffer
