This article continuously states that speed limit signs have little to no bearing on how fast people actually drive, and it says Lt. Megge is actually arguing this. If it has no bearing on how fast people drive, and changing speed limits ac

They just worded it wrong, really... It should say it's 52.9% of what it was in 2013, meaning it is a 47.1% drop. But linking to data for 5 months and then only using the 4 you want to use to skew numbers seems pretty ridiculous to me.

But these aren't clever or particular ways of doing things. You're using Bootstrap's css classes to do exactly what they're designed to do.

Really? When I first heard about Bootstrap I found it pretty easy to look at almost all of the documentation in under an hour, and it covered all of these things, except the hover dropdown, which is simple css, and the media queries. From t

I think that Firefox has lagged behind because of Firebug. When there is already a way for developers to do things, why invent your own, unless you can make it better?

Do pay attention. I commented on the need to mention Apple in this sub thread, as Firefox (the main topic here, if I'm not mistaken) had the same functionality. Then, epochwolf stated that the reasons for implementing the added functio

I personally don't see how a couple parameters in the constructor are adding so much complexity that you'd be better off without DI. A good DI container can make it much easier to follow a pretty good amount of general best practi

But that's not true at all. The genesis for DI was nothing close to that (as I learned it). DI's main purpose isn't testing, it's flexibility. DI isn't there solely for testing, or if it is, you're probably mis
