We try to do that with screenshots, but you can imagine the process of tracking/watching shows without a account might be frisky since we could only base it on a cookie. I might try that though and let them convert afterwards

Get last years Vaio Z. It trumps everything in this thread and can be had for about 1k if you scrounge eBay. It has every single thing you want and beyond.

This is the exact reason we (Tinychat) never took WebRTC seriously. Its not a unified standard by any manner of speaking. Even firefox and chrome have different implementations. If we were to even attempt to get it working, we would have to

Rather silly article on many fronts. Not everyone has enough cash to get the machine. Those who do, can profit off their downpayment by renting or selling the goods it makes. To say that model wont turn a profit is silly. Its a rather old

A very important difference is that 99%+ of backblazes bandwidth is inbound (people storing their files). Inbound bandwidth is free at most datacenters. Transmitting data (like archive.org does when you request to see a webpage) is not and

Congrats to Naval and Team. He was instrumental in helping me out when I was new to the game and of all the investors/angels I have dealt with, he is the most down to earth and awesome in many ways. I feel very confident that he is one of t

Is twitter trying to claim ownership over bootstrap? I assume you 2 guys left twitter to do this as-a-living. The post reads like a "Twitter does not own this, we made it on our own time, Its just the two of us, etc. etc." Do you even need

I did not know that Venezuela was perceived as being so corrupt. I certainly would not have ever thought it to be perceived lower than many african countries. Is it really that much crazier there then other south/central american countries?

You cant set a flag for having little or no feedback, only bad feedback. So if I am a brand new ebay account with zero feedback, I can still buy. Its annoying.

Unfortunately that only lets you block people with bad feedback. You cant say "you cant buy unless you have 10+ feedback" Most scammers have no bad feedback, they are just new accounts with 5-10 positive feedback for bogus items.

The absolute, 100% way to solve this is to let sellers decide who can bid/buy on their items. If I can say "Only users who have been on ebay X months/years with Y feedback" that is such a major awesomeness. It also puts the control back in

2% is a way higher number than reality. The amount of fraud on eBay is well, well below a 10th of a percent. Selling on craigslist and gazelle does not solve the issue. It could be lost in the mail or you could be robbed. Il take a 99% chan

The chance of getting scammed like this on eBay is less than 2% (maximum chargeback rate) Hence you are better selling 100 iPhones on eBay and taking the hit for two then sell all 100 on gazelle and not.
