The TSA doesn't just exist to stop terrorism. Also if the US didn't screen passengers, many other nations likely wouldn't accept flights originating from it. How are you assessing the value of a human life?

According to SemiAccurate (terrible name for a source) they reported it to Intel some time ago.

Totally, but what I'm saying is it's not unfair, it's an inherent benefit of OSS.

I don't think it's just that the flaw exists, which alone is pretty bad, but how widely deployed it is in large enterprise, coupled with Intel ignoring it after being given years of notice and also the unease about AMT in the OSS

Democracy couldn't exist if there was a mechanism to say certain votes are irrational and shouldn't be counted. It's not a perfect system but it's the best yet.

You can't be a bystander and complain nobody said anything. You disembarked before him, should have notified airport security, especially with your credibility as a former fed.

This is a path to DMA, but you can already get DMA from PCIe.

Huh... I was confused when somebody told me they bought an Spark enterprise server license... now even moreso. I think they probably just bought a license for a commercial fork of OpenFire.

Quite a lot of organizations use Spark which is a straight up XMPP client, they also license an enterprise XMPP server.

Not to be patronising, but you should try tech support. You'll quickly understand why arguments like this are futile.

I assume you don't mean Beagle 2. A Mars rover is a bad example here because it's not an item that is, or will ever be, mass-produced.

First you need engineers that can design appliances that, even if warrantied, do not need service within 25 years 100% of the time. Perhaps they can be legislated into existence... ;)

It depends where you live. The technician in the article is from NYC, where cockroaches are prevalent (also a common setting for American sitcoms).

Not to my knowledge, I just buy the packs of grey and/or black crew/v necks. But yeah I love Hanes... outstanding quality and cheap. The x-temp products are great by the way, albeit more expensive.

I thought the same thing. I would also be really concerned about people shaking it when steadying themselves remove or putting on shoes. Beatiful workmanship though, I wish I could fabricate things like that.

That is cool, but personally, I would just buy a rack. I purchased 3 new 42U (for the unfamiliar, that's roughly 6'6") 4-post racks locally last week at a cost of $450 CAD each plus another $100 CAD for delivery (dude with a

It's a common misconception that the theatre pockets the 3D surcharge, or that is pays for the glasses. It's a licensing fee for RealD.

Outside of IMAX cinemas, it seems ticket sales for 3D movies are lackluster as well (compared to 2D showings of the same film at the same location). Not sure if it's the actual format or just the 3D surcharge. I imagine smaller chains

Ah, might just be certain distributors or studios then. I did a similar movies in the park event many times and we tended to show Disney movies. I miss wrangling giant inflatable screens sometimes but quickly come to my senses.
