Mine was about 12 miles away from my actual location. It depends on your ISP, as well as your location. I'm in a rural area, whereas you are most likely in a more metropolitan location.

Why not disable password logins completely, use PKI for all connections, and while we're at it, restrict logins to known hosts? Also, don't use passwordless keys. Then there's moving sshd off of port 22 to provide some obscur

My experience is that many Private Aircraft terminals, such as private jets, private helicopters, etc, don't screen passengers, or their luggage, the way the public is searched in "Commercial Aircraft" pre-flight screening.
