Depends on the type of key you have. If it is a PRO(i am assuming that's the version of OS)/non-OEM license, then you shouldn't have a problem. Definitely worth a short though.

I'm not familiar with much Industrial software, but i am continuously amazed with the amount of enterprise software available on Linux. Support can be a little tricky, but it's absolutely out there.
