So you need to understand how the commercial real estate world works to know you can’t just “hold off on mortgage payments” for very long. Most loans backed by CRE are securitized. So they are packaged into bonds. These bonds are not just b

Well, Skype the brand was botched, but Skype is basically what powers Microsoft Teams now. Which is widely successful due to it being bundled with Microsoft 365 (also Teams is pretty decent compared to the comp).

You'd be shocked. I had a meeting with a CTO of a F100 company, can't say who, but when talking about what encryption methods we use he was completely lost and asked to gear the conversation to be less technical. ...This meeting w

I'm on my second Tesla. Model S (2016 facelift) and now a 2019 Model 3. Love them. The Model 3 interior is amazing. So simple and elegant. But that is a personal taste. The only thing I've really noticed on the Model 3 is the road

This actually happened and was on video as well. It was the first week smart summon came out. A Tesla was moving, already behind a car, then the car just backed out into it. A typical parking lot crash that happens all the time. Parking lot

Making a request to the server is completely different than opening a new connection. HTTP/2 lets you use an already opened connection, if applicable. Thus it is able to bypass making a handshake/etc. for every request made as wel

I completely disagree. While I do not believe we have hit peak oil yet, I do not believe we are far off nor will oil and gas demand continue to grow for "a long time". - The personal transportation industry will go through the big

I'm actually building something right now. I'm building it because it is a problem I've faced among my friends and well.. the "millennial" generation to begin with. I'm building it first to be used among myself
