I think the fundamental component is house prices. Our ancestors had much cheaper housing as a multiple of the median wage, and could mostly afford to buy based on the paid labor of the father alone. Those same ancestors are still sticking

EVs will crush revenues on maintenance, servicing, and spares, since there are fewer and simpler parts. These revenue lines are very high-margin. Its probable that one major global auto company will fail in the next decade.

At what point does China just develop its own mobile OS? There seems value in just taking the reigns, and making whatever you create open-source, so that ZTE and all the other Chinese manufacturers can use it as well. Its certainly a major

Outside you get to enjoy low-CO2 air of 415ppm. Inside, in an 'insulated' and sealed apartment, CO2 levels will exceed 1000ppm in a few hours, which has negative consequences for human cognition and sleep quality. I'd recomme

The technology is ready - EVs - but the ramp up is taking too long. States and cities need to ban the sale of new non-hybrid ICE vehicles starting now - there are already options at all price points.
