People that want a central authority just want control over what other people think. The reality is that this problem with main stream media will fix itself as people drop it to find sources they deem more truthful. A central authority lose

Or you can just put your own money towards media outlets that you think are providing more truthful content. Why would I want to give my money to someone else to decide what they feel is objective news? No thanks. What you want is control o

Publicly funded news will never be independent or truthful. You can't give tax money to the government and let them control money flow to media outlets and expect them report truthfully and honestly. That's a recipe for disaster.

The media hasn't been an independent arbiter of truth for quite some time now and this last year has exposed it for what it was. For all Trump's faults at least his presidency showed the media's true intentions. All you need

Dude thinks we're gonna live in some Star Trek utopia where one needs money anymore because everything is provided and we all work just for the personal pleasure of discovering new things. Except.... they never explain how they got to

They've been doing it to black people for decades. Swoop into inner cities and promise all sorts of welfare etc. get their vote and completely ignore them afterwards. Has it helped? It makes no sense to me that they believe an old rich

Which means it's paid by your taxes. It comes out of someone's pockets. Almost ANYONE can go to college in the US. You can be a complete idiot and still get in somewhere. You could argue that's a bad thing but countries that

The political aspect is how to handle the virus. If you voice an opinion about lockdowns possibly being worse in the long run than the virus. Or.. you say something like "I think shutting down schools is a bad idea" you get labele

Ok? so? I don't see what that has to do with the main point of my comment. Also the law is that you have to be accompanied by an adult if you're under 21 in Wisconsin so you're being a bit disingenuous.

Ok what's your point? Legally the adult age is 18 in most states. If you want to argue changing what legal age is that's fine but it doesn't really have anything to do with the main point of my comment. Additionally, this stu

I generally dislike banning things because a few individuals can't handle it. Punishing those people that have self control seems ridiculous and I hate sin taxes for that reason. However, I think putting restrictions on stuff for young

Liberals promoting monopolistic capitalism and bigotry. Cognitive dissonance much? Btw Conservatives promote less government not zero government interference. I think you’re confusing it with hardcore libertarianism.

Why would you want to do that? Voter fraud happens regularly. Probably not to the extent that the election flips but I see no issue with asking fraud claims to be looked into. There 0 good excuse to completely ignore fraud claims. IF you re

You didn't disprove anything I said. I said nothing about making a legal case in court and proving. Notice the word claim? Additionally, just because the law is in court doesn't mean it's good or not dangerous. You still NEED

Do you realize that anyone can claim “incitement” of violence since it’s completely subjective and therefore probably very dangerous thing to be using as a way to determine “guilt”. In fact I don’t like the tone of your comment and I feel i

Agree. If you cared or fought for net neutrality at all then you cannot support this mentality. It’s a terrible precedence to set. Especially when it’s applied in a targeted way where one group is allowed to do the thing the other is not (e
