As a rule, I always arrive exactly 15 minutes late to people's houses, I'll even wait in the car. Chances are they are late preparing everything, taking a last minute shower or vacuuming.

I'm always surprised that en_CA and fr_CA are so different. We use spaces as separator and comma for the decimal. Also we use the 24h format while the ROC uses 12h. We do use 12h colloquially though. Dates are officially y-M-d but most

For the heavy lifting such as scene transformations and animations we delegate in batches to a SIMD optimized native lib. For the rest, we use System.Math. They are not used enough to be a significant bottleneck.
