   Min wage should be increased by certain significant percentage but definitely not by 100% to $15. That is basically saying "no need to study in high school or go to college because you can still make around 30k based on min wage".

    This was not intended to be the entire solution but a great starting point (more than that) for someone ( cough backend devs cough ) who has been having issues with CSS centering.
