I think push is better understood if you realize its an operator. At a higher level what is happening is you are adding "item2" (and another "item2") to the array @list. ie @list += ("item2", "item2"

This is the perfect video to show why you don't do live demos (starting around 15:30). Record the demo beforehand to a video (swf or similar) and play that back.

I see a parallel with what Docker did with LXC and the libcontainer debacle. What comes around goes around ... That said, I like this announcement. Docker was focusing on becoming an App store. I like that Rocket brings the focus back to

I heard this and installed OpenBSD on my thinkpad only to find out there is no support for nVidia. I suppose you need ATI or Intel video to get a working X. There is a brief warning about nVidia here: http://www.openbsd.org/

We are in the middle of deracking and throwing out (no kidding) some 3+ year old machines at my work. Care to take a guess at what a 3+ year old machine's specs are? Cause I know you don't have a chance at getting it right. Dell

I have only met a small handful of people who can pronounce "kilometre" correctly. I don't think this made the language though ... KILL-o-metre
