I like how in #9 the carriage is on fire, or at least steaming disproportionately. These images are incredible but I often notice stuff like this and it kind of ruins it for me. #3 & #4 are good too, when the tracks are smoking, but not

Checkout Patagonia, IMO they're already done it. I cherish pretty much every single item I own of theirs. I used to wear "skater hoodies", those brand name things, once I went into a Patagonia store and bought a hoody (once I

They're not a trillion dollar company because they hire good support staff and pay them well. It's a shame they don't do this.

I think this about property too. The price of property in Australia has increased so much but the demographics aren’t there to support continued growth. Yes immigration is a thing but most immigrants don't move to Australia with $4 mil

I spent a while in a similar area. I used to have a bike, riding around some of those nice old suburbs with all the cool old buildings was special. Fond memories exploring Sydney, Pyrmont, Balmain etc on a bike. Also enjoyed east side too.

I think it’s really sad Sydney is so car centric now. I remember reading about these projects when first commissioned and it really felt like more rail was a better investment. I took the westconnex on a visit a year or so ago. It was freak

People are going to be using these books for firewood in this situation. You’re going to be fighting for survival and learning how to hunt and farm and keep warm. You’re not going to be sitting around learning how to build transformers or m

Imagine having an IQ of 999999 only to spend your entire existence trying to survive the heat death of the universe. At some point I think we have to realise we’ve lost touch with what life and experience is about. Survival is important but

Do you know how long it would take to do this? You'd also have to be doing it while educating people "the old way". Schools don't even teach handwriting now.

It's also fun to use your brain I guess, I think we've truly forgotten that life should be about fun. Watching my kids grow up, they just have fun doing things like trying to crawl, walk or drink. It's not about being the bes

I feel the same, there seem to be a lot of religious undertones going on. Even if we had an incredibly capable AGI it doesn't mean we're all going to be teleported to heaven, or become immortal, or that the world will end, or that

In talking about people using Microsoft / OpenAI products to build better products than they currently offer. While this tech has the ability to replace a lot of jobs, it has likely the ability to replace a lot of companies.
