This proposal collects far, far less data about about a user than any existing method. It doesn't add more entropy because any ad-tracking platform can (and does) already track this exact information. By making it a standard that actua

You're being naive. Ad companies are not having trouble attributing campaigns. The problem is that small, uncoordinated "privacy" features cause Ad Tech companies to become far more aggressive in how they track users. It'

I think there’s a pretty big flaw in your benchmark because that failure rate is _insane_ and you shouldn’t need anywhere near that hardware to accomplish this. I don’t think your data is credible as a result.

None of this is unique to Facebook - it plagues the entire industry. I would even argue that games companies are far more complicit in this scheme than any service provider.

Product pricing isn't linear with features/abilities. If you want the best X per $ spent you'll almost always arrive at lower quality version. There are premiums to be paid for even minor improvements.

PHP has an execution model that's /really/ bad for per-process requests. Even attempting to grab the parent pid is probably not sufficient as you can have execution contexts with no parent (ex: running php from cron). On linu

I'm in a similar boat to the OP. We're near the boundary of your pricing between startup and traction, but the non linear jump (while being more common these days) is an immediate turn off. There's a pretty big difference bet
